“Confetti Crispo” is an internationally renowned Italian brand that specializes in the production of sugared almond candies for over 100 years. Having been a pioneer in the international cady market, the Confetti Crispo candy factory “carries” its tradition since 1890. Today, “Crispo” has expanded in the Greek market, serving thousands of professionals throughout Greece.

 

The quality of the brands’ sweets is something that characterizes it. The triptych of success that the company invests in is Excellent Quality, Innovation, and Variety of Tastes. The company has already proved that this is all it takes for a brand to satisfy even the most demanding customer in the market.

 

This project started within the framework of the general development strategy of Relkon Hellas, under the auspices of which Cripso is located.

 

Our reference product was the sugared almonds, or confetti’s as it’s called, for which we set out to design and implement a successful strategy. Our plan utilized various Digital Marketing tools, such as Social Media, Google Ads, and Email Marketing.

 

An aggressive plan was necessary for creating a profitable strategy. Thus, we carefully planned the strategic actions that would help us achieve our goals. Our focus on the success of the brand helped us have profitable communication and cooperation.

Our Process

 

In order to achieve our set goals, we required detailed market research for the brand and the industry that is placed. So for us, the first step was to conduct intensive market research for “Confetti Crispo” competitors in Greece. In collaboration with the Crispo team, we were able to obtain the information we needed to design the ideal strategy that meets the goals and needs of the brand.

 

Then, we carried out a strong plan on Social Media, on Facebook and Instagram particularly. After that, we followed up with Google Ads with the goal to strengthen brand identity and trustworthy relationships with our audience. At the same time, we implemented paid actions on both media to increase sales and a competitive presence.

 

Lastly, we designed a unique strategy by taking advantage of email marketing to optimize our KPIs. The total collaborative attitude from both sides was a critical factor that led us to reach our goals and exceed our expectations by having a complete Digital Marketing approach.
