Hogar is a company that offers home and garden items as well as a wide variety of children’s toys and seasonal items. It cooperates with over 20 warehouses in Greece and abroad. Their purpose is not to provide quality products at affordable prices so that they can gain more and more customers.

 

The first thing we noticed at Hogar was the need to create a methodical strategy on Social Media. By creating a successful promotion and promotional strategy, we have been able to significantly increase our customer base and return on investment (ROI).

 

Our work started by creating a plan to increase the company’s social media activity. So this was achieved by following a planned draft of high quality and impact with organic posts and then we implemented an advertising approach on Social Media, which helped Hogar gain the momentum it lacked.

Our Process

 

To succeed in this project we needed to do intensive market research. This helped us to create representative consumer groups – personas. We paid great attention to our ads and the quality of the content as well as to the creation of an affordable image of hogar.gr for the eyes of the consumer. This led us to have the desired results and to overcome the goals we had set.
